Too Faced Born This Way | Review

Hey guys!! First of all I want to apologize for basically abandoning the blog, but I have been having a lot to deal with and I didn't really feel like blogging, or shopping, or anything for that matter beside staying at home watching re-runs of my favorite cartoons ^^ So yeah...let's get on with the review.

After hearing a lot of good stuff about Too Faced's Born This Way foundation, I wanted to get a tester to try it. (A little side note: I always get a tester of a foundation I want to buy to make sure I don't waste my money on something I won't use)

So last week I was in the mall with a friend and I saw that they opened a Sephora there and I was like: YAY I don't have to go to the other Sephora to buy a beautyblender. So I go in, get myself a beauty blender and decide to have a look around of what's new. I saw that they had the foundation in stock, got matched and asked for a tester.

After a couple of days of completely neglecting wearing any make up whatsoever, today I finally decided to try it since I was going to a Make Up Forever event, which was so unprofessional and a complete fail from their side btw....

As usual I washed and moisturized my face and after that I put the Catrice Prime And Fine Pore Refining Anti-Shine Primer. I decided to apply the foundation with a brush and after that blend it even more with the beautyblender. Knowing that the foundation is medium to full coverage, I put a very small amount on my face and after that started blending it with a stippling brush. After I blended it, surprisingly it looked like a mask, after hearing how natural it looks I was like: WTH. So I used a damp beautyblender to take a little bit of the foundation away and make it look a little bit more natural. I kind of succeeded, but it still didn't look as natural as beauty gurus said it is...

I set it with my Rimmel Match Perfection Loose Translucent Powder and went out...I kid you not, I randomly touched my face and saw foundation on my hand...It transfers like crazy!!!! Today wasn't much of a hot day it was around 16-17 degrees Celsius and it was windy, so I wouldn't expect to be sweating...A good sign that my skin doesn't like a certain foundation is that my face starts to sweat like CRAZY..So I blotted and saved the situation for a while.

After about 5 hours of being at a 4 hour event for 45 minutes and spending the rest at Starbucks with my friend and walking a bit, there was barely any foundation left on my skin..I was a little bit disappointed and glad that I didn't purchase it and only got a tester..I am going to give it a second chance and see if it performs better(I hope it does, cuz I really like how it makes my skin look and feel)

So I forgot to mention, I am shade Natural Beige, which blends in perfectly with my skin and also the foundation has really beautiful finish it's kind of matte, but not really, it's glowy in all the right places :D . I am going to insert a few pictures of the foundation down below.

Sorry for the long post! Here's a glitter potato :D

❅❅ Mini Drugstore Haul ❅❅

Hey guys! ^_^ So last night while me and my friends were having a girls night we saw that there was a new drugstore that had oppened today and we were like: OMG YAY SHOPPING TIME!!! :D
I bought a few items that I wanted to try out. The rest are impulse buys LOL. Okay enough with the bambling, I'll start with the products that I want to try out.
I know I'm probably the last person who hasen't tried these, but it didn't seem like such a big deal to me when they first came out and I do still think they're not worth the hype. Yeah, they smell good, but I find that they just sit on the lips and do nothing they're like Kryolan TV Paint Stick, but for my lips. My laps can't breahte. Sorry NIVEA I just don't like them. #bummer :/
Next is the also famous, essence eyebrow stylist set. This is one of the best, if not even THE BEST eyebrow drugstore kit I've ever tried. The powders are so pigmented and have really long lasting power, well at least on my brows. The kit comes with these three eyebrow templates, which are

really useful especially if you want a really defined brow. It also comes with a tiny brush which I find really hard to use, because it is so small . Plus if you want to draw in hairs, when you do your brows or get a really defined shape, this brush won't work for you. It's best if you use a much thinner brush. Here are swatches of the two colors.
I personally perfer to use both of them. The light one to outline the shape of my brow and the dark one to fill it in, but you can do whatever works for you. :)

Okay, time for the impulse buys!!!

The first thing I saw and immediatly wanted to buy, was this BOURJOIS deodorant which smells GORGEOUS!!! If you didn't know that they had deodorants, go and find this one. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. I went jogging with it this morning and after 8km of running I still smelled fresh and sweet. Next thing I want to get is their shower gel in the same smell which is Cotton Blossom. If some of you have tried please leave a comment saying if you like the shower gel :)
I don't care how good the batiste dry shampoo is this one is SOOOOOO MUCH BETTER. It's only 50ml, but it lasts forever. I bought it in the summer, but I haven't seen it anywhere. It's cheap, but it makes you hair look like you just washed it and blowdried it. SO MUCH VOLUME. I used to hate voluminous hair, but now I love it. #SoSoft. If you can get your hands on it, try it it's cheap and good which is always a good combo :)

Okay guys thank you for reading. If you have any suggestions on what I should/must get next. Be sure to leave a comment down below :) BYEEEEEEE :) :* =^_^=

Role Models

 Hey guys,
Sorry for not posting for a while, but I really had no idea what to talk about...Now I finally decided. As you may have guessed from the tittle we are talking about

ROLE MODELS

Last year this very beautiful and smart young lady came into my life, her name is Julie Van Vu. She makes YouTube videos such as make up tutorials, recently made a gaming video, but the thing that really got me were her videos about her transition. You see Julie wasn't always Julie, she was born John, but always knew that she was Julie inside. Her story made me realize that I'm not alone, that I'm not a monster, that I was just born in the wrong body. She was and still is the person that gave me strength to be myself, to love who I really am. Thanks to her I had the courage to stand up to my parents and say: I WANT TO BE ME AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT: BYE FELICIA! If it wasn't for her I probably would've been dead. She was the one who said: Everything will be ok honey! Just stay strong I'm with you!...after my parents kicked me out. Julie if you are reading this I just want you to know how grateful I am and how much I love you! You are the person who made me grow and helped me become the beautiful woman that I am today.

THANK YOU!!!!

DREAMS Tag *_*

Hey guys! For my first post on my blog I decided to do The Dreams Tag, because I thought that it would give you all an opportunity to get to know me better, so let's get started...

1. What are you currently dreaming about?
I am dreaming about completing my transition and also for a world that does not judge or hate "different" people and of a world where there is only love...
2. What three items live in your dream wardrobe?
I would absolutely love to own a pair of Nude Daffodile Christian Louboutins they just make your legs longer and I also think that every girl should own a pair of Louboutins...

The second thing is an item that I plan on buying sometimes soon...It's the Chanel Velvet classic flap handbag. It's just classic Chanel :D

And the third MOST IMPORTANT thing is my future dress. Words cannot explain how much I ADORE this dress. I love everything Vivienne Westwood does, but this dress is just PERECT....

3. Who's your dream celeb look-alike?
It's plain and simple I don't look like anyone. I look like myself and I'm pretty happy with that :)
4. In your eyes, who's currently "living the dream"?
I think miss GiGi Gorgeous is living the dream. Her transition is going great. She's got supportive friends and family and also 1 million people who love her for who she is. :)
5. What do you dream of more; love or money? I dream of meeting my prince on a white horse :D JUST KIDDING I'll be happy to find someone who loves for who I am.
6. Your dream holiday escape?
Dream holiday escape would have to be Vienna. I just love that city. It's modern, but at the same time it has kept it's culture and old building. It's just beautiful.
7. Who's your dream YouTuber collab?
Hmmm...I don't know there are so many great youtubers that I would love to collab with, but since I have to pick one it would have to the pixiwoo girls.
8. Did your childhood dreams ever come true?
Sadly they didn't and they most likely never will.... :/
9. If one of your dreams could come true right now, what would it be?
I want my parents to accept me for who I am, nothing else, just that would make me the happiest person in the GALAXY...
I hope you guys like this post I got the idea from murfeishun. She's also got a blog and also a YouTube channel, so you can go check her out murfeishun.blogspot.com and youtube.com/murfeishun
